–Any prices displayed on this website excludes shipping/freight costs. The freight cost can be calculated and sent with your final quote once a delivery address is provided.
– We also have a pick up option available, if you wish to arrange your own freight. Please discuss this with your sales consultant.
Online orders can be paid using the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard or By EFT: Please Call for 03 9676 3800 for our Bank account details. Please note the funds need to be cleared before the order can be processed. All Credit Card payments will incur 1.36% surcharge.
All transactions are processed in AUD only.

Shipping of the products
Estimated delivery times are on average 5 business days, Please note that the timeframes supplied are to be used as a guide only, if there are any delays due to unavailability of products our customer service department will be in touch to discuss the options.
Returns of Goods (damaged)
Inspect all boxes, packages & products for signs of damage upon delivery, if any damage is found please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org or on 03 9676 3800 within 3 days of delivery together with pictures and copy of the invoice of the damaged product.
It is the responsibility of the Customer/Purchaser to ensure, prior to ordering, that the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which they intend to use it.
Returns are only accepted for stock items and will only be accepted when application is made within 10 days of delivery.
All returns are subject to a 25% of the whole invoice to cover the costs for inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee.
All returned items must be re-packaged and returned in their original packaging. This is the only way to ensure that damage has not occurred during the return delivery.
Any goods that are returned damaged (except where the damage is an inherent defect or otherwise occurred after original dispatch from our premises) will not be credited.
Credits will not be issued on any shipping costs for return shipping. This cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 7 working days from the date of delivery of the return before we complete our appraisal and approve the credit.
Custom made products are non-returnable. Under no circumstance will allowances be made. This applies to custom displays, or any application of custom colours or artwork.
Refunds will not be granted due to delays in delivery.
